WE IMPLEMENT THIS THROUGH:

Individualised session: measurement of blood pressure

1) INDIVIDUALISED exercise sessions

  • We offer 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions according to the capabilities and needs of the client
  • The exercise rehabilitation programme is specifically tailored to the diagnosis and treatment of the condition long term
  • The sessions may be once, twice or three times a week , and/or via a home programme where the client is provided with a programme update and technique correction every 4-6 weeks at the gym
  • We are dedicated to giving our clients the one-on-one care and encouragement they need to achieve their goals
  • We work alongside the client’s doctor, physiotherpist, and chiropractor to provide them with the best healthcare possible


2) CLASSES

Group class for seniors

Our classes are 45 or 60 minutes in duration, with a maximum of 4 or 6 people in one class to allow for personal attention and interaction.

Classes offered include:

  • Pilates mat classes for those with mild aches and pain (maximum of 6 people)
  • Classes for those with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and/or lung disease (maximum of 4 people)
  • General fitness class for seniors with any of the conditions listed above (maximum 6 people)
